I'm now half way through week 6 of my 8 week experiment to rid sugar from my body.
The constant thought of gorging on chocolate coated raspberries and wine gums almost drove me crazy last week (I'm not a one piece kinda gal), and I kept trying to rationalise how having some would be a good thing for me to do. Thank God I rarely listen to myself!
Even though last week I was a woos, I have to say I've been loving all the recipes. Many I intend to make again and again.
This was another goodie. Quick and simple to pull together and if using beautiful fresh produce, you really can't go wrong.
