One thing I love about my job is I get to organise functions - I love searching for the right venue, the right menu or in the case of our recent End of Financial Year function - the right catering company, and can I just say "I rock!"
I recently stumbled upon a company called Ed Dixon Food Design, and they are everything they say they are. I'm normally a little sceptical when I need to organise caterers for in-house functions. Even though the food is always nice, it's not often fantastic. No "wow" factor. That's all changed now that I've found these guys. When they set up the huge Paella pan in the room, the smell of the chorizo and garlic had me singing hallelujah from the roof top.
